Facebook Business Manager Audit

$125

I want to help get you to the point where it's in tip-top shape and can function as the powerful tool it's meant to be.With my audit, I will go through your Business Manager with a fine-toothed comb and assess it on multiple points including security, connected accounts, pixel/dataset health, error messages, and warnings.I check where your pixel is installed & firing and which events are (or aren't) being reported.My audit includes a video of everything I found and recommend, along with a list of action steps.Many clients express gratitude afterward because they felt so lost prior to the audit and end up with a clearer understanding of the pixel and the rest of their assets inside Business Manager.

  • Temporary admin access to Business Manager

  • Checking the security of your account to help make it less likely to be disabled

  • Assessing pixel/dataset health to detect potential issues with installation

  • Making sure data sources and ad accounts are connected/disconnected where appropriate

  • Cleaning up extra, unused pixels and disconnecting them from ad accounts

  • Looking into any error messages or warnings you may have received in Diagnostics or inside Ads Manager

Facebook Pixel Installation

Starting at $75 for one site*

Having the Facebook pixel installed on your site(s) and correctly reporting relevant actions taken by your visitors is vital in order to be able to run effective Facebook ad campaigns.Let me take care of setting it up for you!

Includes:

  • Temporary admin access to Business Manager

  • Installation of pixel on the number of sites selected (For platforms that require event installation on separate products/pages, each separate site includes up to 2 pages/products. For more than this, please email melissa@yourtechbff.com for a quote.)

  • Testing to make sure events are firing correctly

*Please note that "one site" does not apply to platforms such as Leadpages or ThriveCart, where all code must be installed on each individual page/product. It also doesn't apply to platforms such as ClickFunnels, MemberVault, etc., if you need code added for conversions, because event code is on a page/product basis as well. Facebook Pixel Troubleshooting

$95 for a 30-minute session*

Pixel not firing correcting? Events being doubled up? Purchase value not being reported? Can't figure out why your sales aren't being attributed to your ads? I'm a ninja at troubleshooting the Facebook pixel!Time starts once I have the info and access I need. When finished, I send over a Loom video of what I found, what I did, and any recommendations I might have.

Includes:

  • Temporary admin access to Business Manager

  • Temporary access to site(s) where your pixel is installed that could be the source of the issue(s)

  • Assessment of errors in pixel installation and/or reporting

  • Fixing issues related to incorrect installation*

  • Testing of events to make sure everything is firing correctly after fixes are applied

*I am able to troubleshoot and fix pixel issues in one session in 99% of cases. If time is used up on troubleshooting due to the complexity of the issue, client will be instructed on what needs to be done and can decide whether to DIY or hire me to do further work.

Business Manager Setup

$75

Are you ready to start running Facebook ads but find yourself procrastinating because you're overwhelmed by the thought of not knowing how to set things up on the back end... or of messing it up?With this service, I will walk you through creating the Business Manager shell (since it has to be done from your personal account), and then I will jump in there and finish the setup, including creating your ad account and pixel and connecting them.I will also create a document for your reference that includes your pixel ID, base pixel code, and the most commonly used standard event codes so that installation on your sites will go more smoothly. (Or you can just have me do all the installation as well!)

  • Helping you create your Business Manager account

  • Temporary admin access to Business Manager

  • Creating your ad account

  • Creating your pixel

  • Connecting your ad account and pixel

  • Setting up 2-factor authentication for your Business Manager to protect your account

  • Recording a video walkthrough of how to navigate Business Manager and manage what's inside

This service is PERFECT for students who desire to join Beth Anne Schwamberger's FB Ads Intensive or any other ads training program, particularly in conjunction with my Pixel Installation service. With these two things in place, you'll have everything set up AND your pixel tracking and reporting data well ahead of the game!

Pinterest Tag Installation

Having the Pinterest tag installed on your site(s) and correctly reporting relevant actions taken by your visitors is vital in order to be able to run effective Pinterest ad campaigns.Let me take care of setting it up for you!

Shopify to ThriveCart Learn Enrollment Automation

Starting at $125

Enrolling a Shopify customer into a Learn course in ThriveCart cannot be done via a native integration and requires using ThriveCart's API and webhooks.The first setup is the most time-intensive, which is why the 2nd and subsequent product/course pairs cost less.If you want to learn and then DIY, hiring me to set up and test one product is a great option, because then you know that one is done correctly and you can replicate the process for remaining/future products.

Includes:

  • Complete setup of the automation(s) in Zapier to enroll a Shopify customer in a course in ThriveCart Learn.

  • Testing each zap to make sure the data is sent and enrolls a student correctly.

Note: If you need setup for 7-12 Shopify to ThriveCart Learn automations, please schedule a Mini Tech Intensive. For 13+ products, schedule a full VIP Tech Intensive.

General Troubleshooting

$95 for a 30-minute session*

This session can be purchased for whatever tech troubleshooting you happen to need.If you're not sure whether or not it's something I can do, feel free to email me first at melissa@yourtechbff.com. But I've yet to find a platform or tool that has completely stumped me, so bring it. ;)Time starts once I have the info and access I need. When finished, I send over a Loom video of what I found, what I did, and any recommendations I might have.For more extensive troubleshooting, I touch base after that initial 30 minutes and send the video, and you can decide to either tackle any further application yourself or have me continue with applying the fixes/doing the additional work. But for most focused jobs, 30 minutes is all it takes to get someone sorted and on her way.

Includes:

  • Temporary access to site(s) where the issue is happening

  • Investigation and assessment of issue

  • Applying fix(es), as long as time remains in the session*

*With specific, focused issues, I am able to troubleshoot and fix in one session in 99% of cases. If time is used up on troubleshooting due to the complexity of the issue,the client will be instructed on what needs to be done and can decide whether to DIY or hire me to do further work.

30-Minute Consultation

$100

Want to brainstorm which platforms or tools would be ideal for selling your products, hosting your courses, collecting leads and sending emails, building sales pages, etc., based on your specific situation and needs?Need input on setting up automations or funnels?I have experience with a large number of platforms and can help you sort through your tech stack and systems from the perspective of features, functionality, and tracking.We will talk via Google Meet for 30 minutes, and you will receive the recording for your reference.(This service is appropriate for talking through your business needs, but the face-to-face option is not available for troubleshooting a problem or any other tech support issue. Please see my other offerings on this page for those services.)

Good news! If you go on to book a Tech Intensive that is scheduled to take place within 30 days of your consultation, you can choose to apply the time & cost of the consultation toward the Tech Intensive. So you would receive a $100 discount and the Tech Intensive would last 5.5 hours vs. 6 hours. The 30-day timeline for the discount is strictly enforced.
